• Regulatory reporting and documentation
• Integration with third-party compliance tools
• AI agent orchestration for compliance workflows

Eligibility and Account Registration

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to represent your organization
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized account access

Acceptable Use

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt our Services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance or experience unexpected downtime. Enterprise customers may have specific SLA guarantees as outlined in their service agreements.

Fees and Payment

Our pricing is based on your service plan and usage. Payment terms include:

• Fees are payable in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice
• Overdue accounts may result in service suspension

Intellectual Property

Parse retains all rights, title, and interest in our Services, including all intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Parse harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination, your access to our Services will cease, and you must delete any downloaded materials. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of London, England.
